5. Purchase and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

6. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a full refund under the following conditions:
You must request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [your email address]
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
For the Custom Teen Posture Strategic Action Plan, refund requests must be made before the personalized plan has been delivered. Once a custom plan has been created and delivered, it is considered a completed service.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive of this policy.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased products via email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.
Course access is provided through our online learning platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
